Terms & Conditions
- The occupant will sign the register & fill the check in/out form kept at the House with his personal details while checking in to the Serviced At the time of Check out, signing the Check in/out is mandatory.
- SMOKING, Use of ALCOHOLIC drinks , Tobacco & Loud Music in the House is strictly
- Fixed Food thali starting from Rs 150 Please pay the food bill before check out. Entire Room Rent should be paid in advance.
- During your stay in the staff house, please lock all your valuables inside the Do not keep your valuables, personal belongings, cash open in the room. Management will not be responsible for any loss of items kept open in the room.
- Before leaving for offshore or any other place, please leave your bag/luggage at designated locked area/room. Guest has to remove valuable item from the bag, handover to our Caretaker & sign the register (Applicable only for Oil & Gas companies).
- After having breakfast & before leaving for base/office/market , our housekeeping will come & lock the room. After cleaning the room, housekeeping will again lock the room & submit the room key to our Caretaker.
- After returning from office, market, guest have to collect the room key from property caretaker. They will handover the room key. In case , guest is not in the room, he/she has to lock the personal belonging, valuables, cash, wallet etc in the Do not keep anything in open.
- In case of any theft, our staff cannot take any item outside the society building as Security is responsible to check our staff every time they move out of the building. CCTV cameras are installed in all the apartments.
- Please give prior information to property caretakers to block the In case of early Check in or late Check in(Guests who are arriving after 11pm) at the staff house, please contact our Caretakers- 8779534371, 9167049530, 8158949949. Kitchen will be closed at 10.30pm.
- To maintain proper hygiene in the room, Resident / Guests are requested not to eat regular meals inside the room; meals/refreshments will be served only in the dining
- In house guest staying in the Serviced Apartment are not entitled to bring unauthorized guest(s) to stay in the Outside Guests not allowed in the Serviced Apartment to ensure the safety of the place.
- Daily Housekeeping is provided & For In House Guests,Bedsheets, towels, quilt and pillow cases shall be changed once in 3-4
- Before checking out , please check your room properly, do not leave any of your items in the apartment as management is not responsible for any item left behind in the room/apartment after the guest checks
- Please turn off the LIGHTS & ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES before leaving the room. Lights, Heating & cooling should be used only when the room is
- In House Guests shall at all time show consideration to their roommates, neighbours and the general public. No loud music, outdoor lights, obscene language or behaviour is allowed that can disturb or offend other Residents or

- Please do not have any arguments with the attendants in the Serviced Apartment, please bring the same promptly to the notice of Mr Daljeet Singh at 9990226684 &
- Please collect your food & courier items from main security Please do not call food & courier delivery boys inside the building.
- In case of Power cut, power back up is available to run fans & lights in the
- Guests must leave the Property & Property items in the same state as it was on arrival in order to avoid incurring any additional

- We reserve the right to terminate Guest’s stay in our property by not following the property rules & due to any inappropriate behaviour shown towards our guests or
- For lost keys, the replacement fees is Rs 1500 per key will be
- Per room maximum 2 guests are allowed, additional charges applicable for 3rd

- If you cancel the group room booking less than 10 days prior to your arrival date ,then we reserve the right to retain 100% of the full amount paid.
- If you cancel the Individual room booking less than 3 days prior to your arrival date ,then we reserve the right to retain 100% of the full amount paid.
- During the stay, management is not responsible for any technical & electrical failure in the rooms & apartments. In case of any such failure, we can try shifting the guests to other rooms, in case rooms are not available in our property, we can help finding rooms in nearby hotels or serviced apartments.
